For hair and scalp:

1. Apply a small amount to your fingertips or palms.

2. Massage into the scalp or smooth through the mid-lengths and ends of the hair.

3. Use as a pre-wash oil treatment, or apply sparingly to dry hair for added shine and moisture.

For skin and nails:

1. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin or nails.

2. Massage gently until absorbed.

3. Use as needed to nourish and moisturize dry areas.
